2. Purpose of the personal data processing

The customer's data will be processed for the purpose of managing the provision to the customer of the procured services.

Furthermore, Maksu may process your personal data to comply with any legal obligations in its remit, including tax obligations and, where applicable, applicable local regulations.

If you have given your consent, your personal data may be transferred to Empark Group companies or to third parties related to the parking and electronic payment sectors, so that they can contact you to inform you about the products and services marketed by these companies.

In certain cases, in order to issue the corresponding invoice, as well as to charge for the procured services and goods, certain public administrations and other service providers or providers of goods procured with TELPARK, may have access to your personal data. These data will be accessed solely and exclusively for this purpose.

Personal data storage period

Customers' personal data will be stored as long as necessary for the abovementioned purposes. When they are not necessary for such purposes, the data will be blocked during the period necessary to be used in defence against administrative or judicial proceedings and may only be unblocked and processed again for this reason. After this period, the data will be definitively cancelled.

3. Recipients of personal data

Your personal data may be disclosed to Administrations, Authorities and Public Bodies, including Courts and Tribunals, when required by the applicable regulations.

The User is informed that all or some of their data may be shared with external collaborating companies, or with companies belonging to the EMPARK Group, for the sole purpose of providing the service contracted with the User. For example, it is sometimes necessary to share User data with the owners of the car parks that are members of the TELPARK application service in order to manage the reservations and use of the contracted parking spaces.
