Purpose:

This Legal Notice sets out the conditions of use that govern the access to this Empark website (hereinafter, the "Website"), as well as the use of the content and services made available to Users accessing the Empark website.

Empark shall not be liable for any delays or disruptions that may occur in the access, functioning and operability of the Website or for any interruptions, suspensions or malfunctions of the same, when these are caused by breakdowns due to natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, lightning or fires, breach of information security systems or cybersecurity incidents, force majeure, extreme emergency situations such as wars, military operations, civil disturbances, strikes, lockouts or any other situation of force majeure or fortuitous cause.

Intellectual, industrial and image rights:

Empark is the owner or holds the corresponding licences to the intellectual, industrial and image rights to the content available on the Website, including, but not limited to, text, graphic designs, drawings, codes, software, photographs, videos, sounds, databases, indexes, images, brands, logos, expressions and information and, in general, any other creation protected by domestic standards and international treaties on intellectual and industrial property. Empark and the Users expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them and formally submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid for any dispute that may arise from the interpretation of or compliance with the Legal Notice governing this Website.
