This product allows you to reserve a parking space in advance to enjoy the car park on the days you specify. To do this you need to have a defined payment method.

Most of the car parks have the Express Entry system with which you will enjoy automatic opening of the barrier without a ticket, two hours of courtesy both at the entrance and exit of your reservation and also the possibility of unlimited entry and exit as many times as you need.

If the car park you choose does not have Express Entry, you will need to go to the central cash desk to have your booking checked. If there are no staff, use the intercoms.

How to make a booking on the telpark app:

1. Select the car park.
2. Choose your start date and arrival time.
3. Indicate the number of days you want to book.
4. Select the vehicle and payment method.
5. Check the details entered and confirm the payment.

*If you stay longer than the contracted time, the excess will be charged according to the rotation rate.

Remember that once you have made your reservation you will not be able to change the date or time, only the vehicle registration number up to 5 minutes before the start of your booking, once the time of your reservation starts you will not be able to change it.
