I entered the incorrect city/zone. What should I do?


We recommend that, before confirming the payment, you check the details shown on the payment confirmation screen (number plate, town, area, district, tariff, etc.) to prevent this type of error.

The offense is valid, as the ticket you obtained does not match the fined city/zone.

You can query the fine by contacting your city’s controlled parking centre or submit an appeal to the city council with the evidence you deem necessary.
